How much does it cost to register on MyShowEntries.co.uk?
Absolutely nothing. Simply create your profile, add your horses, riders, owners etc and you are ready to go. Your data will be safely stored for future use so that you can start entering shows online later in the season!
I have signed up but not received my password - now what?
There are a couple of common reasons why you may not receive your welcome email from Myshowentries.co.uk.
Firstly
- check that you have entered your email address correctly on the
sign-up form. If we do not have your email address we will not be able
to contact you about your online purchases so it is crucial that it is
entered correctly and kept up to date. Once you have created your
profile, you will be able to log in and change your email address at
any time.
Secondly - check your email spam filter to make sure
the email has not been put in there by your email programme. Many email
programs will filter out email from 'unknown' senders. To ensure you
receive important information from us - please add
info@myshowentries.co.uk to your email contacts or safe list.
Each
email program has a different method for adding email addresses and
websites to the safe list. See the help provided with your email, or
contact your Internet provider for details.
I've lost my password - help!
If
you have forgotten your password, don't worry, we'll send you a new
one. Simply click on the 'forgotten password' link on the login page,
enter your email address and then click the 'submit' button. Next -
check your email and use the new password we have sent you to log in to
your profile. Once you have logged in you can change your password at
any time. If you do not receive a new password please check your spam
filter in case our email has been blocked. If it is not there, please
try again making sure that you enter the correct email address. Please
note: for security reasons we can only
send information to the email address which we have stored with your
profile in our database; this will be either the email address which
you originally entered when you created your account - or something you
changed it to after your account was created.
Why should I register with MyShowEntries.co.uk?
You will have access to all the show information you could ever need, right here. Your details will be available to view online at any time, from anywhere - even on your web-enabled mobile phone! No more searching boxes of files for your information and no more filling of lengthy confusing paper forms. You will be able to find out more about all the shows happening across the UK throughout the season and to enter affiliated shows online in an instant.
How do I know it's safe to make payments on line at MyShowEntries.co.uk?
Payment for entries through our website are handled by PayPal. Paypal is used by thousands of people for online shopping every day and uses the safest technology available. Both competitors and organisers can be confident that all online payments are processed securely.
Are All shows in the UK available for online entry?
MyShowEntries.co.uk has been designed to act as a complete directory of shows in the UK. You will have access to details of most of the shows happening in the UK, as well as online entry to those shows which have signed up to our 'Gold' service. We are confident that more and more shows will appreciate the benefits of online entry and will come on board during the next few months. Meanwhile you will have access to a wealth of information on all the shows - right here - along with your own details, to start saving time straight away.
How do I add my horses and riders to my profile?
Once you have registered and are logged in, simply use the menu at the top of the page to go to 'My horses' or 'My riders' and fill in the forms. You only have to enter this once and the information will be safely stored for you in our database. You can add more horses and riders or change their details at any time. You can also keep your horse owner details up to date, check out your diary and much more!
What if my horse is registered to a society not on your list?
Please just let us know by sending an email to contact@myshowentries.co.uk, including the name of the organisation or society you are registered with. We'll add it to our list and let you know when we have done so.
Why do you ask for so much contact information from me?
We ask for as much information as you can give us - so that you can be easily contacted by show organisers in the event of last minute changes being made to a show. We do not share your information with anyone other than the organisers of shows which you have entered.
